This is a floor based exerciser for legs which can be used at home or in the office. It's size is 39cms deep by 15cms wide and 30cms height making it small enough to fit under a table or desk. It has a non slip pad and comes with a remote control. Only used a couple of times but is unsuitable for me due to having Parkinsons disease. I find it difficult to use. It is portable with 12 programs and 12 adjustable speeds from a slow walk to a jog! Excellent as new condition. Cost new was £90
